Nourishing Food -Weight Loss-Beyond Broth

 Autumn Morning Broth.

 

Ingredients
2 small stalks broccolini
handful of spinach
1/2 ear fresh corn cut off the cob
1 egg
2 tablespoons organic full fat coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon dulse flakes
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
1 packet of your favorite Beyond Broth
2 cups water

Directions
Boil 2 cups water
Add the egg to poach, chopped broccolini and corn
Wait 2 minutes then add spinach, corn and dulse flakes and coconut milk
Cook 1 more minute then turn off the heat
Add 1 packet of broth, stir, wait 2 minutes and enjoy!
